A programme for construction companies

Want 2 to 10 new projects a month,
all twelve months of the year?

We win high-value projects for companies in windows and doors, renovations, roofing and solar. We don't hand you a list of enquiries to sort through: we build the system that brings them in, filters them and carries them through to a signed quote.

15 minutes · No sales pitch at this stage · Free

Over 150 companies in windows and doors, renovations and energy efficiency across Europe and the United States.
The real issue

The problem is almost never the advertising

The construction companies that call us nearly all describe the same picture: the work comes in, but it comes in waves. Nobody knows how many projects there will be in two months. And the enquiries that do arrive get lost along the way — not because they are poor enquiries, but because nobody calls them back in time.

Word of mouth can't be planned

It works until it doesn't. Then it stops without warning, usually in the month you have just taken on another crew.

Enquiries go cold in hours

Someone asking for a quote is asking others too. Calling back after three days isn't late: it's past the point of no return.

Comparison sites sell the same lead to everyone

You buy the same enquiry your competitors bought, and end up competing on price alone.

Most companies that try to fix this alone come to us after burning months and budget. Not because marketing doesn't work, but because nobody ever built them the piece that sits between an enquiry and a signed project.

The DVS Method

We don't give you leads. We give you projects.

The difference is what happens after the click. That's where an enquiry either becomes a signed quote or a missed phone call.

We reach people already looking

Campaigns built around your trade and your area, with a message written for someone who needs their windows or roof replaced — not for whoever happens to scroll past.

We filter before they reach you

Enquiries are qualified before they enter your business: type of work, size, stage of the project. What reaches your sales people is someone with a real job to do.

We close the call-back gap

The single point where most work is lost. We set how fast and in what way every enquiry gets picked up, so none of them sits untouched for days.

We follow the numbers, not the mood

How many enquiries, how many site visits, how many quotes, how many projects. Every month you see what the spend produced — and where it's leaking.

What stays with you

At the end you don't have "some campaigns"

You have a way of winning work that keeps running in the months when word of mouth goes quiet.

The contract guarantees a minimum level of revenue.

Nothing scripted by us: these are interviews with the owners of the companies we work with. Each one describes their situation, including where they started from. They are in Italian.

Who we are

We only do construction. For years, and nothing else.

We are not a generalist agency doing restaurants today and windows tomorrow. The DVS Method was born inside this trade and has worked with over 150 companies across Europe and the United States: we know how someone replacing their windows thinks, how long a sales cycle runs, and why a quote sits untouched for three weeks.

And we have skin in the game: a large part of our fee is commission based, calculated on the projects won through the DVS Method. If it doesn't produce work, we're the first to lose out.

Straight talk

When we say no

We don't work with everyone, and it isn't a pose. These are the cases where we already know it would end badly.

If your crews are full

Bringing more enquiries to someone who can't take them means burning them and damaging your name locally. First capacity frees up, then we open the tap.

If nobody calls back

If enquiries sit for days, no campaign can save them. We'll fix that piece together, but you have to want it fixed.

If you're after the lowest price

There are cheaper ways to buy enquiries. If the measure is cost per lead rather than signed projects, we're not the right fit.

Intro call

15 minutes, free, no sales pitch.

At this stage no proposal is put to you. It's there to work out whether it makes sense to work together. You leave the call with:

  • A clear picture of where your projects come from today
  • The exact points where you're losing work without noticing
  • A straight answer on whether the DVS Method fits you — or doesn't
Book the intro call

Two minutes of questions first, so the 15 go on your business.

Book a slot you're sure about. Ideally at the office, without interruptions. We get a lot of requests and keep few slots: if you don't show up, the second appointment is chargeable.

What everyone asks

What exactly is the DVS Method?

It's the system we use to bring qualified quote requests to your company and carry them through to a signed project. It isn't only advertising: it covers how enquiries get filtered, called back and followed up. That's where most companies lose work, and it's the part almost nobody touches.

What does it cost?

It depends on your area, your trade and how much you want to grow: a window company in a small town and a turnkey renovation firm in a city don't have the same maths. A large part of our fee is commission based, calculated on the projects won through the DVS Method. We give you the exact numbers on the call.

Do you give territory exclusivity?

No. And anyone promising it is selling you something they can't hold to. Where a local market can support more than one company, we work with more than one — and we tell you before we start, not after.

How long before the first projects?

The first enquiries arrive within a few weeks of going live. From enquiry to signed project it's your own sales cycle: site visit, quote, decision. In construction that's weeks, sometimes months. On the call we tell you what to expect from your own numbers, without inflating the forecast.

Do I need to be advertising already?

No. Many of the companies we work with started from nothing but word of mouth and repeat customers. If something is already running, we look at what to keep and what to rebuild.

Which companies does it work for?

Windows and doors, renovations, roofing, solar and energy efficiency. The real condition isn't the trade but the capacity: you have to be able to take on more projects. If your crews are already full, we wait.

What happens on the call?

It takes 15 minutes. We ask a few questions about how work reaches you today and tell you what we see. At this stage no proposal is put to you.

Next step

Let's see whether it makes sense to work together.

Two minutes of questions, then you pick a time. If your answers tell us it isn't the moment for your company, we say so straight away instead of wasting your time.
