These terms apply to the use of cantieridvs.com and to booking the intro call. By booking you confirm you have read and accepted them.

What the intro call is
It is a free conversation of about 15 minutes, held by telephone. It exists to work out whether it makes sense to work together. At this stage no proposal is made and no obligation arises for either party.
Attendance
Slots are limited and reserved for you. By booking you undertake to be available and reachable at the time you chose. If you cannot make it, you can move the appointment in advance from the link in your confirmation email. If the appointment is missed without notice, any second appointment is chargeable.
Application requirements
The questionnaire exists to check that the minimum conditions for working together are there. We reserve the right not to follow up enquiries where those conditions are not met: it happens, and it implies no judgement about the company.
Information published on this site
The results shown refer to companies we have actually worked with and depend on their trade, area and production capacity. They are neither a forecast nor an undertaking as to what your company would achieve. Commercial terms, objectives and mutual undertakings are set out exclusively in the collaboration agreement, if one is signed.
Videos and testimonials
The testimonials published are genuine interviews with the owners of client companies, hosted on our YouTube channel and published with their consent. They are in Italian.
Ownership of content
Text, trade marks, materials and methodology on this site belong to DVS International Marketing OOD and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. The courts of Sofia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
