Privacy Policy
This is an English rendering of our privacy documentation. The Italian version is the one that legally applies.
Who processes your data
The data controller is DVS International Marketing OOD, VAT BG206315528, Sofia 1303, Bulgaria. For any request write to dvsintmarketing@gmail.com. Data processing takes place at ul. Ekzarh Yosif, 7, Sofia, 1000.
What we collect
- Your answers to the questionnaire: trade, approximate turnover, production capacity, how you currently win customers and the other answers you give on the application page.
- Your contact details: name, company name, email, phone, country and area, and any notes you write yourself.
- Browsing data: the page you came from and campaign parameters (utm, gclid, fbclid) if you arrive from an advert.
- Technical data collected by measurement tools, only if you have consented.
- Log files: IP address, browser and device, internet provider, date and time of the visit, referring and exit pages. Processed in aggregate to check the site works and for security, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Why we collect it
- To work out whether it makes sense to work together and to prepare for the intro call (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request).
- To get back to you about the enquiry you sent (consent).
- To measure which adverts bring useful enquiries, if you consent to measurement and marketing cookies (consent).
Who it is shared with
We use third-party providers who process data on our behalf: the appointment scheduling platform (Calendly), the tools we receive and store enquiries with (spreadsheets and email on Google Workspace), the infrastructure serving the site (Cloudflare) and, only with your consent, the measurement and advertising tools of Google and Meta. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the provider's adherence to the Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and questionnaire answers stay in our records for 24 months from the last contact, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, the retention terms set out in the contract and by tax obligations apply.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, receive it in a readable format or object to processing. Write to dvsintmarketing@gmail.com: we reply within 30 days. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. If you believe we have not handled things properly, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Security
We process data lawfully and fairly, with appropriate security measures against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Besides the controller, access may be granted to people involved in running the site (administrative, sales, marketing, legal and system staff) and to external providers such as technical service suppliers, hosting providers and communication agencies.
